Thank you simply is not enough. When I was called to engage in health care decisions for my father’s rapidly deteriorating health - your team stepped in. While I had been estranged from my father at his request I knew that he would not want extreme measures taken. Your team kept me up on his status daily and sometimes multiple times a day.
