Felecia gets 6 stars but it averages. I have had trouble lately with therapy. Specifically waiting for the approval of the counselor change request takes too long. It took me 2 months to decide was brave enough to ask to change counselors because I was afraid of hurting her feelings. It took a few changes to find a new one who could possibly work, each change taking at least a month. Deeply Disappointed – This Place Made Things Worse I came to this facility seeking support for my mental health challenges—depression, anxiety, and the daily struggle just to get by. What I found instead was a place that felt cold, impersonal, and dismissive. This in no way helped my mental health.
