RecommendedI was in Chicago on business and my wife is the biggest Rick Bayless fan on the planet. I guess that makes me a Rick Bayless fan by proxy. So I had to try one of his restaurants. First I ordered the corn tamale appetizer. Mildly sweet masa with an earthy, hearty flavor, cilantro giving it a nice finish. Impressed that it was moist but not greasy, flavorful but not salty.
