I had veneers done by this dentist & they cracked & had to be replaced after only 6 years. Rude staff. Worst dental experience of my life at this office.
I've had horrible dental experiences at Frontenac Dental. Problems with ill-fitting crowns... & porcelain veneers cracking after only 5 years. I know of other patients that have experienced the same thing. At one point I ended up in the emergency room with complications from a procedure. The staff was very rude when I complained of pain & problems. No one at Frontenac Dental has ever called to ask me if I was ok or anything. THis person and his practice is on the cutting edge of technoogies and techniques. His staff is the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever seen in a dental office. This office is truly like a "Family."
