After having little success at other running stores here and a few injuries by recommendations of the wrong running shoes it turns out. Through word of mouth, runners in the area said go to this store and that you can't go wrong! The people were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They spent time and helped you make the right shoe choice. I loved learning about the Gait through the gait analysis videoing. I will tell more people of your store and spread the word. THE Lake Mary and surrounding areas place (store) to go for running shoes and all related accessories! Including a large supply of nutrition and fueling supplements. A caring, friendly and knowledgeable staff with a smile will make you feel right at home. I give April Darrow (owner) and the FRS crew a FIVE Stars! I love this place and the Mondays & Wednesdays evening (6:15 p.m.) group runs/walks on the trail near store. Come join us! It's fun!
