Visited your store for the first time yesterday. Tommy was very helpful in answering my questions and I did buy some products. She will be running in the Stone Island 5k/10k next weekend as will I. We are both running the 10k. I will be coming back to your store often.

I know for a fact my staff all knows our return policy. We also have it up front by the register and on your receipt. Its always been 15 days store credit or exchange. We spend a lot of time with all of our customers. You will not get that kind of service anywhere else.

After an hour in the store, working with Kyle, walk/running on a treadmill to evaluate my foot landing, and trying on every brand of shoes- I purchased a pair of Brooks. As this was my first visit to their store, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and their willingness to assist me, their non-sales attitude, and they're love of dogs (especially labs). I will definitely be back!!

Went in the other day and was helped by Kyle and Claudia. After assessing my walk and explaining it in detail I was shown 6 or 7 different pair of running shoes to try. They were very patient as I tried on the same pair several times to narrow my selection. Although I did not purchase a new pair that day, they did help me with some inserts for the time being, which definitely helped my next run.
