Just trying to process a referral or get an appointment is a real challenge. Appts are now three weeks out and I am in extreme pain too. I mentioned I was Medicaid and the entire tone changed. I believe they are discouraging Medicaid patients based on the dialogue and comments I received. Seemed so much easier years ago.
They are abusive and are absolutely not professional on any level they abused my elderly disabled mother and i would never recommend this place to any one I will tell them to STAY AWAY!!!

Day one with Dr. Simpson and his team. Everyone was great & so thoughtful. The reason for only 4 stars is because I had to get my cast on today & I think I cried like a baby, so I'm being stubborn right now. :)
