This place is a scam. They take advantage of people with private insurance, and free treatment if your on the street not trying to change. But when it comes to actual people working hard to turn their life around, you get ridiculous charges. Met with different provider every time, never call me back when I ask for billing to call after every appointment and want 800 bucks for urine test. Steer clear folks.
I had my appointment yesterday and the doctor sent my medicine to a pharmacy that is closed, If they even sent the prescription out to begin with. I cannot contact anyone to get medicine for emergency and I'm currently going through withdrawal and craving. Any advice on what to do?
While I hate writing negative reviews, especially about a business in this industry, I need to share my story. Hopefully it will keep others from wasting their time and actually get legitimate help. My experience today: I showed up early as my appt was scheduled for 12:30pm. I then filled out about 20 pages of forms(no exaggeration). Crazy someone I know has been reaching out for help from them and they keep saying a supervisor will reach back out yet no one ever calls crazy when someone is reaching out for help yet no one is available to simply make an appointment just a supervisor will call you back what a joke
