We had a late breakfast there and asked our friendly wait person if the corned beef was home made or out of a can. She said yes but we know that was not true. We could have done it at home better. We were asked if we prefer toast, bagel, muffin or biscuit. We choose muffin. There was a $4. upcharge which we were not told of. When questioned she said we were told.....we were not. Food was just OK we are NOT returning.

Great service. Love the new back porch dining, especially with the cooler weather. I had country fried steak and gravely for breakfast. Huge portions. Then left with a slice of chocolate pie, which I consumed late that afternoon. Delicious! Always a treat and worth the 30 mile drive.
Best lobster roll I ever had. thank you for having again. Their one of a kind. Good home cookin..thumbs up. 5 star.

Loved the live music! And that’s from all eight at our table !
My group of eight had dinner here tonight. We sat outside on the new ‘deck’ where we greatly enjoyed the live music and singing. So much that we danced a few with our granddaughters. The food was great, as usual, and the service also. We have eaten here many times before. You have to save room for the variety of pies! Or as they say, “Life is short, eat pie first”. We’ll be back.
I was visiting my brother and sister in law and ate at The Front Porch several times. Each meal was delicious and the servers are very attentive! My very favorite meal was the Country Fried Steak! It was breaded lightly and fork tender! Outstanding meal! Of course the pies are all delicious also! Great family friendly restaurant!
