Bob is the rudest and most verbally abusive realtor I've met! He's all about money and doesn't care about the owners or tenants! He doesn't return calls and when my husband called back Bob gaslights him and says, he has a phone and could have called back. What kind of business is this? Our advice, is don't rent or purchase from him.
Bob and team are fantastic to work with. Bob is a knowledgeable and trustworthy realtor. I experienced customer service that is sometimes hard to find in this valley.
My husband and I viewed several luxury properties from Scottsdale to north Glendale, it was getting very disappointing as most of the rentals were not in the condition you would expect for a luxury rental, but were still priced as one.
