So we bought 1lb of coffee(El Salvador Finca San Joaquin) from you guys to make cold brew coffee. My boyfriend likes his cold brew every morning, but we just haven't found the right coffee bean since his favorite doesn't exist anymore. All I can say is WOW! Great flavor and aroma! Great job Front Porch Cafe(Manteo) for recommending this particular bean for cold brew! They recommended this one as that is what they use for cold brew iced coffee. Absolutely disgusted at the front porch staff at the Manteo location. A young man named Jack refused to serve my wife who has exempt status and cannot wear a mask. He told her she was not exempt and she needed to leave. Other location at Nags Head had no problem with her status and served her as any other. He made a scene and tried to embarrass my wife and then when confronted with the ADA information and that he was being discriminatory he acted as if he did not care and talked down to me as well. We are sorry to hear about your experience in Manto. We do require masks to be worn by all of our staff and customers while in the store as we have high risk individuals in our organization. If you cannot wear a mask our staff member should have given you the option to wait outside and we would be happy to bring your order out to you. I am sorry that he did not offer you this option. We have addressed this issue with the staff member. Again, we apologize for this unfortunate incident.
