Julie and Tara at Frontdoor realty are truly amazing. We ran into a very unfavorable appraisal (the appraiser used horrible comparables from short sales that hadn't updated in 30 years), and Julie was able to challenge it appropriately. This saved us from having to find another house. Next, Tara Freidt negotiated with the sellers realtor to work with us.
