I cannot say enough nice things about Graham and the people who work here! My engagement ring is a vintage family heirloom over 100 years old- after going to several other jewelers who said it was too 'delicate' and 'fragile' to work on, Graham immediately said yes and started coming up with ideas to improve the prongs and add our own 'touch' to the ring. I love these folks!! Not sure how they could ever get a bad review. Nothing but friendly and helpful. Specifically when I recently brought my engagement ring in for cleaning (been married with this same ring for 22 years) Aaron was careful to check the ring thoroughly before anyone was allowed to start cleaning it. THANKFULLY he was able to detect that my diamond was loose in its setting and should be repaired right away. He was able to show me exactly what was wrong with the prongs/setting. I love this store. They have beautiful, and unique items, and their customer service is outstanding. Definitely the place to go for jewelry....And those mint julep cups! AND...they engrave!!
