I had a custom necklace made using the diamonds from my grandmother’s engagement ring. The staff was amazing in helping me pick out a design, I am kind of picky and they were so patient. We worked together until I found the perfect design then they brought it to life. I am so happy with my necklace and I am so happy to be able to give my grandmother’s diamonds new life!
We purchased 2 mint julep cups from the vault and they engraved them for our grandchildren. They were and will continue to be a wonderful family heirloom. The service from Phyllis was awesome.
