From the Heart Hypnotherapy prepared me for a surgical procedure to help with pain reduction and wellness. I was absolutely amazed at how well it worked. Before the procedure I was advised that I may need a nerve block to help with pain which I acknowledged. When I was in recovery after the procedure I was asked if I needed a nerve block, which I declined.
