He does a very thorough job, is very professional and his reports Are specific, easy to understand because of the way he explains The issue and the remedy suggested to repair or replace, and lots of pictures. Terrible! My house is flooding! My husband and I used this company and Mike Jones came out for an inspection. The owners were home at the time not sure if that made any difference but we never even gave consent to our realtor that it was OK for the sellers to be home while our inspector went through the home. One week after we moved in our living room ceiling started leaking during a small storm. Now; 9/1/2020 only two weeks after moving in, our crawl space is 6 inch deep in water from a passing storm!
