In my experience, this is a great place for deliveries—the guys here are very polite and friendly. The unloading went quickly. They unloaded me in half an hour. The guys did a great job. I think they open early in the morning—at six or 6:30. I think overnight parking is possible
I love the flooring, the performance and the ease of cleaning. We installed it in 2017, and realized it faded where the sun fell on it when we recently moved a cabinet. This is in a cottage and for ten+ months of the year the blinds are closed, so it was only about a year's worth of sun exposure to fade it.
In the fall of 2020 I bought $4800.00 worth of flooring from From the Forest. Customer service was fantastic and I love the floor. Recently I attempted to purchase cleaning products (which I have done in the past over the internet without a problem), the order screen clearly stated I was entitled to free shipping, but I was not able to complete the purchase on-line so I called customer service. Paid for two day shipping, they pocketed the money and sent it the slowest cheapest option, USPS ground advantage. What an awful experience and deceitful business. Avoid!
