Like too many people in North Bay, I do not have a Family Physician. I have tried every means and not been successful. My husband first used this service in fall of 2025 and I used it today ( Feb 2026). BOTH times we were extremely satisfied. We were looked after by a skilled nurse who then hooked us up to an on-line video doctor in Ontario. She diagnosed my problems and had a prescription for me. I’ve called this place over 30 times and came to this place 3 times now to try and get my money back or for “Kayla” to redo my medical form she filled out that I paid over $100 for. I received a letter from the ministry in the mail about a month and a half after I did my medical (postal strike) stating that she isn’t qualified to fill out a medical form and looked at the business reviews online and it states that it has also happened to other people.
