We kept our old doctor when we moved to North Bay, so it is a 3 hour drive to see them now. I often come here for appointments for small things like antibiotics etc, in order to avoid the drive. It's worth the $20 for the appointment. I wouldn't say the servcies provided are great but they are good and definitely convenient.
I have been using the services of From Here to There on Algonquin in the Medical Bldg for approx 6 months now from serious matters to prescription refills. When booking online I am able to get in on the same day or next day. Keeping in mind Mondays and Fridays are busier days. Kayla and Kathleen are both very kind and helpful. They give time appointment far from Their closing time. I called 3.20pm to get one then they gave me 3.45pm appointment time. Very inconsiderate on the travel period and preparation time that patient needs to undergo. No care at all. No compassion. Not understanding. Poor service in summary.
I always have a great experience at this clinic, and the nurse Kayla is a big reason why. She is kind, caring, and has such a warm, calming voice that instantly puts you at ease. She truly listens and goes the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and cared for. The clinic itself is well-run, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
