Shaved my dog when I️ told them to only trim 1/2 of her hair. Most uneven shave job ever. Never ever ever ever ever ever going back

Incredible service! We had a cat fly into O'Hare and he needed a good grooming. Rich managed to squeeze us in before our 3 hour drive home. It was very clean and everyone was very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!
Just used this place for the first time today. We have a rescue dog who was abused before we adopted her. She's scared of new situations and I'm usually nervous about leaving her. I dealt with Rich and they were just wonderful! I'm happy with how they treated my dog, the price was very reasonable, and Harley has never smelled better!
