I would give 0 stars if I could. I showed a picture of what I wanted and I got a disaster. Trudy was the stylist that performed elementary skills and ruined my hair. I tried to talk to her and all she does is lie and deny that she did anything wrong. She said it was unfair to her, I mean what?! I paid $285 and tried to deal with this crap balayage and cut that she cut 5 inches shorter than I asked for and she fried my hair.
