Lucky is amazing. Always a pleasure to be around. She is very clean and attentive to my personal needs. I was in a car accident before and my back is sensitive. She is always gentle and considerate. I will definitely return and refer my friends and family.
Lucky is anything BUT professional. Worst massage experience of my life. After stating how rough her massage was she continued to apply too much pressure. I was left with severe bruising to my lower back. Medical attention had to be sought and I am now in the process of raising a formal complaint to the State of Florida Board. I scheduled myself and husband back to back massages and she did not even bother changing the sheets between massages.
