IN DECEMBER I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY CAR - #3 CYLINDER WENT OUT. I BROUGHT IT TO THE LOCAL CHRYSLER DEALER WHO DETERMINED THE ENGINE WAS SHOT AND I NEEDED A REPLACEMENT. THEY DECLINED TO DO THE WORK BECAUSE I HAVE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY ON THE CAR AND THEY WANTED VERIFICATION OF WHAT THE ISSUE WAS. WELL I SEARCHED AL OVER TO GET A SHOP TO DO THE WORK. Do not ever go to this garage they will rip you off and say they did work they did not do and then charge the shit out of you. Very bad business practices. Unfriendly and just plan fucking rude.
Friendly staff and receptionist. With a 1 year old baby in tow, I stopped for an inspection. They squeezed me in quickly, thankfully an appointment for something else had canceled. They showed me such courtesy because I had a baby with me, and even shut the shop doors when the neighbor day care kids came out to play, the baby started fussing to go over with them, out of sight out of mind.
