Today we were denied entry being told that all children ages two and over must be masked. That is not in line with the state mandate and when I asked the server (who told me this and then proceeded to usher us out the door) if Clinton had some mandate in addition to what the state has in place she said “I don’t know other than anything that breathes has to wear a mask in here.” We have spent a lot of money at this place over the years and this was our first time to go back since shut down. We were passing through leaving Jackson on the way home to Monroe. My fiancee wanted Gumbo earlier that day. We saw Applebee's from the interstate but decided to try Froghead instead. The Gumbo was EXCELLENT and the bread pudding was delicious. We enjoyed our meal and when I posted pics ok Facebook my sister asked if we will bring some gumbo home to go lol. The staff and service was excellent and I love you guys take on the social distancing. We were SO FULL and definitely satisfied. We will be back thank you again.

This was our first time eating here. The food was great the waitresses were friendly and on top of things. The only thing I am disappointed in, both of us had over half of our meal boxes up to take with us. We got out the truck and drove around the building when we realized we forgot our go box went back in to get it and the box was already in the garbage. 😒 Very disappointed that we won’t get to enjoy the other half of our meals later. Just make sure you don’t leave anything on the table when you meal 😜
