Scheduled multiple appointments that were no call no shows. Person I spoke to screamed at me over the phone when I called to address the situation. Quickly back pedaled and tried to reschedule after realizing their technicians hadn’t actually called me or shown up.
Froggys pest control has been helping me and my family get through a hard time, as everyone knows how dealing with an infestation goes. Daniel Darren and Cesar have been professional, nice, respectful and thorough with their job everytime they’re here. I highly recommend them for any infestation problems you are having in your home.
