Companys just don't care about their customers anymore, but Froggy's fog does. Any questions or concerns have been dealt with in a very professional and timely manner. I own and operate Graystone Haunted Manor in Longview Texas. We have purchased many items from Froggys Fog throughout the years. Scott Lynd is my sales rep. Prior to the 2018 season I had purchased 2 very expensive items. During the first weekend one of the items stopped working. I contacted Scott and he got on it right away. They sent out a new unit and we were up and running by the following weekend. Froggys Fog takes care of their customers. Totally recommend them.
Great customer service! Chris went out of his way to help. I will use them again for sure and recommend them to my friends.
