Best Restaurant in Down Town Mount Dora! If you are coming to visit Downtown you have to try the Frog & Monkey, they have a live pianist who plays so beautifully and their food is to die for! It is a small quaint little pub located down one of the alley's and I just love going there for their famous onion straw appetizer! They also have the best burgers you've ever had, amazing teriyaki wings and so much more!
Fish and chips and the shrimp was fantastic. Best we have had anywhere in quite a while. Great dinner!!

This is the 3rd time we've tried to eat here. The first time and tonight we had the same experience. The menu board was blocking the stairs stating they were closed until 5. It's was 5:05 when we arrived. We stood around, with a large group of other people, waiting for another 10 minutes. The 2nd time, we actually were able to enter, to find ourselves standing there for 5 minutes while the bartender stood behind the bar, rolling silverware. She never said a word. Great service and wonderful food. A few bumps last year with getting good kitchen help, but seems to be straightened our now. Burger was over the top good!!
