RecommendedGreat burgers, great service!
Well... the food was good. It took entirely too long to get a beer, over 30 minutes... entirely too long to get to water... entirely too long to get a Caesar salad that for some reason was a spinach salad.... entirely too long to get our meals which came out lukewarm...and then forgot the meal for the child that was with us...restaurant was not busy... perhaps being a server is a poor employment choice ... it’s not for everyone. If we visit again... we’ll just sit at the bar
The turkey Ruben was tasty, nice flavor, tangy sauerkraut, ample turkey, fresh warm rye bread. Fries were perfectly crisp. Side salad of mixed greens, tomatoes and red onion were fresh and refreshing. Found the place by chance as rain came pouring down and we saw the fun sign out front. The place filled up quickly. It may have been an off day, but no less than 4 tables complained about the long wait -one hour for appetizers and then even longer for burgers! It wasn’t even “busy” in there to warrant this wait. I was not impressed. The manager also didn’t seem to care about any of these issues 😩.
I Waited over an hour for a burger. Waitress was unattentive. There isn't much more to say, less than stellar atmosphere combined with lackluster service.
Unique under ground pub in Mt. Dora with great food and good service
We always loved this place until today. We told the server we were very thirsty we ordered drinks and could never get refills. Ordered 4 meals for 4 people and only got 3 meals. My daughter who was very hungry was devastated. We left and had to find another place to get her food. No resolution was offered to us by the server. He simply brought our bill and said have a good day. We won’t be faithful customers anymore.
Horrible service! Got our order wrong, several menu items unavailable and the staff just sat around talking the whole time! Worst restaurant choice in Mt Dora!
Bad service and no A/C. Everytime we have been there the service hss been poor. Don’t recommend it.
