They were very nice when I put my application in. However, they told me I may be asked to pay a double security deposit if my score didn’t meet the property owners demands which I consented to when I paid to apply. They then reached out to tell me the property owner would like a co-signer with a credit score over 700 that makes at least 4 times the rent as a gross income otherwise they would not work with me.
