I would give this place zero stars. Checking in is was a disaster. Check in staff people are always on their phone. I had to say hello for them to look up from their phones and acknowledge me. Where is management? Why do they allow this to happen? Check out had the rudest and loudest person I’ve have even seen in a hospital setting. Ive been twice for injury and they have been great
Staff are rude and inconsiderate. Staff provide misinformation and get attitudes when patients ask questions. Froedtert is quickly becoming the worse health care facility I have ever encountered.
Erin Z. kept mentioning my race which was a little weird and was writing things that we hadn’t discussed in my appointment. Very weird. I told Kerry A. I was having foot pain in my other foot and she dismissed it. I went to a different clinic and got it x-rayed, turns out it was broken!
From check-in to finish, my appointment was seamless. This was my first time visiting this facility and I was impressed. This is a well run operation. Their mantra is: •Patient-Centered •Academics •Team-Based I witnessed this firsthand. Tyler Rehlinger was professional, knowledgeable and thorough.
