I received prompt, thorough care and all questions were answered. Lily, the PA is very knowledgeable and kind. She gave clear education so I would know what to expect. Would definitely return!
I wish I could give it less than one star. And this is coming from someone who is a Froedtert die hard. I love them so much typically. But this place is different. There’s no reason for them to even be here. A complete waste of space. They won’t see you for anything. I’ve gone twice now and they sent me away both times. I just went with my eye clearly damaged needing to be seen and they’re like “Sorry the only eye related thing we can care for is pink eye.” Are you serious? Receptionist knows what she is doing, responsive, & efficient. Both times I went here I met with Joan Linscott APNP. She is knowledgeable and amazing to work with. I keep returning because of her. She explains everything throughly to me and offers me options. She is a true professional!
