I wish I could give it less than one star. And this is coming from someone who is a Froedtert die hard. I love them so much typically. But this place is different. There’s no reason for them to even be here. A complete waste of space. They won’t see you for anything. I’ve gone twice now and they sent me away both times. Receptionist knows what she is doing, responsive, & efficient. Both times I went here I met with Joan Linscott APNP. She is knowledgeable and amazing to work with. I keep returning because of her. She explains everything throughly to me and offers me options. She is a true professional!
Do not go to this clinic. They are not helpful.
Don't go here! They did nasal swabs on me testing for Influenza A, Covid and RSV the the NP never sent the test off to lab. I called 2x and was told the manager would call anx no one ever calls. If you do that painful test I want my results. No matter the outcome and I should not be getting flack for calling. I won't ever go her again.
I got misdiagnosed, and was given antibiotics that I didn't even needed. Now I'm stuck with medical bills and pain due to their misdiagnosis. Save your money and health and go somewhere else!
