It's. Clean, but the Doctor and the nurse who works here are lazy people.They'll tell you.They don't do certain procedures or they don't have certain items to do the procedure.So what is the purpose of this location still being open. This is a terrible urgent care.I'd rather go to the one out by mayfair . Similar experience to the other negative reviews here. Rude receptionist, rude practitioner. Called Froedtert to file a complaint and got transferred to different departments until I ended up with a voicemail to leave my complaint. Never heard back of course.
The receptionist and doctor were great with kids and she identified her ear infection right away while making it a fun experience
The receptionist and PA were super nice and helpful. I made an online appointment and they saw me right away. They validate parking tickets for the garage across the way. Update: I just went back and it was great again. PA Jane was so kind and took great care of me.
Came here for a walk in and was waiting 15 minutes for them to open. Another woman shows up and they accept her before me even-though I was waiting first. An older woman grey hair then says we can’t take any more today. You should’ve made an appointment. I’ve been coming here for 7 years with no issue. This lady was very rude and they didn’t open until 10 minutes after 8am. Will not be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Advertise appointments only to not waste people’s time.
