During the time of covid, cancer patients are waiting in the waiting area for treatments surrounded by others who are either NOT wearing masks or wearing them incorrectly. When complaints are made to staff NOTHING is done. A mask rule is not hard to enforce. Apparently confrontation in the interest of the lives of cancer center patients is not prioritized. Therefore, I do NOT recommend Froedtert Clínica cancer center for ANYONE who is immunocompromised!

You are endangered your patients by not enforcing mask rules. People at such high risk of infection should not be subject to patients or visitors not wearing masks or not wearing properly. Does not matter if socially distanced if indoors. A health care facility should know better. https://www.cdc.gov/…/prevent-getting-sick/how-to-wear-clot…

Front facing staff and security are not enforcing mask rules, which makes the waiting area for cancer patients more dangerous for them than Wal Mart!! Your behind the scenes care is too valuable to risk the lives of your patients out front!!

Mask rules are not enforced here day after day, especially in the lab waiting area. Immunocompromised individuals deserve better!

The staff at Froedtert seem unable or unwilling to enforce the mask rule. Immune-compromised patients waiting for labs or treatment are continually exposed to visitors who pull down their masks as soon as they clear the check-in point. I don't see this at other facilities, where staff remind them to wear the mask or wait outside.

For a cancer center, I'm surprised that Froedtert does not enforce a mask mandate. If some patients are unable to wear masks, Froedtert should supply an isolated waiting area. This lack of masks seems to be happening on a daily basis and the staff appears unconcerned. A report has been made to the state health department, county health department, and various licensing agencies.
