Awesome customer service. I appreciated the attention to my comfort as I had to have two separate MRI's on this visit. I am ridiculously claustrophobic, but was able to tolerate both the wide tube, lying down & the sitting up chair procedure.

After two failed attempts at a normal MRI due to pain supposably from a pinched nerve in my neck being referred to this place was a God send. Awesome place!!! Sit at a slight recline, open and you even get to watch cable during your scan! I very highly recommend this place! I'd say the only downfall was that the open/sitting MRI machine is only 18" wide, so me being a larger girl was really crammed in there but it worked. In fact I almost fell asleep!

First: of all my Primary Doctor is there and he is one of my favorite human beings. Second: everyone that I talked to in the building was warm and kind and knew what they were doing starting with the information lady that was at the 92nd Street entrance. The nurses and Doctors where I was were the best. Third it's just a beautiful hospital.
I can't say enough about how great my visit was. Being slightly claustrophobic as I've gotten older I came here for there upright sit down open MRI. The technician told me I was better off using their new wide opening short tube, after doing my knee we proceeded to do my lower back, no problems done in just an hour! Great place, very qualified help who do there best to put you at erase. Thank you CDI!
Awesome technician great day. I was able to sit upright. I didn't have to go into tube laying down to freak out. No medication needed. THANK YOU
