When I walked through the doors of Frixtionz I was scared. I was vulnerable physically and emotionally. I’m not athletic, couldn’t stick with a gym, older, in general got lazy and wasn’t sure if I could do pole work or particularly be welcomed. I offered to stay in the back and out of the way. i have wanted to do this class since it opened the first time, i just let my insecurities get the best of me and never did it. Well, i started aug. 2020 & it has been the best decision ever!! i work out weekly & i wanted something different, Frixtionz has given me that. i see changes in my body in the 2 months i been going compared to the past few years working out. This place is awesome, everything about it!! The workout is intense as well as exciting and fun, the instructor is awesome, it’s a full body workout, every class is something new and vigor-rating!! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! Ladies, if you want to build your self esteem, get an intense work-out and have fun, this is the place to go!!
