I bought a bike from Fritz's a few weeks ago. I live 5 hrs away, but was visiting family and picked his shop just based on reviews. I was very glad I did! Aaron was very helpful in educating me on the differences in bikes based on my needs. He was even able to order one and have it delivered so I could take it home with me. He really went the extra mile! Highly recommended!
Great service, great people, great bikes!!! One of the first times I ever called the shop I was looking for a few small parts do shorten a hydraulic brake line. I called to see what time they were closing and I got Aaron (owner) on the phone. He told me they were closing in a few minutes and asked what I needed. I told him and he told me he would put them in an envelope and leave them in the mailbox in front of the shop. Now THAT'S customer service!!!
Every time someone asks who I recommend I say Fritz bike shop. They did a fantastic job restoring my 1992 Fuji Tahoe to better than new.
Got a flat tire during my bike ride. We googled bike shops in the area and Fritz came up. From the minute we walked in the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out some new tires (I love the new GatorSkin tires) and we were on our way in a matter of minutes. I will definitely be back in the future.

The shop is the best in town. Their people are the most friendly and knowledgeable. They have equipment for the entry level cyclist to the most experienced. Their warranty and support is the best in the Northeast. Their prices and services are simply unbeatable. I was so impressed with how I was treated that I brought all my friends to have Fritz Bicycle as our store. Aaron and Jeff are great!!!
