They didn't get me. I'm an "old" lady into TRIs. The young guy didn't think I was sane, didn't seem to take me seriously, this was a few years ago maybe things have changed.

Met Aaron today while picking up a bike. Super nice and down to earth guy. Highly recommend visiting this shop if you're in the Worcester area.
Fritz's became my local shop when we moved to Holden. Aaron and Geoff do a great job talking to each customer based on where s/he is. They can explain things well to both newer and more experienced riders, and their inventory is diverse enough to meet all needs. Aaron built me a new wheel set at a great price and I've been nothing but happy with it. I'll continue to go back and recommend it to people.
