I made the wrong choice hiring fritch. I had several estimates and thought I was choosing the best company but I regret it. The salesman Ryan made it worse with bad communication and blatant disregard for my concerns. I showed people the emails between ryan and I and the response I got was yeah this guy either isnt reading your emails or isnt listening to you and doesnt care. Professional and responsive service. They were able to schedule our appointment a day early and completed the work same day. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be working with them again in the future. Very grateful customer.
Billy was fantastic! Not only did he solve the issue I called Fritch for at a VERY reasonable price compared to other local shops, he also pointed out another contributing factor (the water heater) which lead to a complete solution and I no longer have standing water in my basement! Thank you, Billy!
