I was happy with the job, till today. Today my mom let me know her carpet was wet. One of technician broke a fitting connected to the condensation pump. When the air conditioner runs, water was going on the floor. They probably weren't aware. Im not sure how it could have been broken. It had to have been hit or bumped pretty hard. Any way I fixed it my self. This furnace has been a problem since it was installed. 3 or 4 circuit broads, 3 or 4 pressure switches. The filter is difficult to change. One thing after another. Our tech was Eric, great guy. Knowledgeable, professional, and FAST. He got in, diagnosed the problem, and got to work. No time for lolligagging or shooting the shit. Which was refreshing!! Especially since they charge by the hour. Haha!! I would wholeheartedly recommend them again. Our system is completely back up amd running like a dream. No more swamp arse for us!! THANK YOU FRITCH HEATING AND COOLING!!
