I called Fritch for a second opinion after being told by another local, large Peoria HVAC company that I needed either hundreds or thousands of dollars worth of troubleshooting or a new unit. It was 10 degrees outside and 50 inside my home. Luckily, I got Ray B as my tech and his thorough troubleshooting determined moisture had gotten in some wire connection ports. He was able to dry it out and have my heat running in an hour and went over causes and did a good job helping me understand everything that happened. Thanks!
