Billie my Tech took the time and explained everything to me, the how to’s and the do nots! If you want top notch service Fritch is the place <3 Very reasonable maintenance and they saved us last year when AC went out..truly a 5***** company to work with, Liz & John Bainbridge
Our tech Bill was extremely knowledgeable & was done in a timely manner. I had called after the ac being messed up over this last hot weekend & they got us in last next day. I will definitely recommend them. I'm a repeat customer for sure!
We needed to disconnect our air conditioning to fix a foundation issue, and fritch was able to reattach the air conditioner and add a mount to our house to keep our A/C safe while the ground settles. Richard and Josh came in 90 degree heat at 3:30 on a Friday and stayed until 6:30 because they knew we were having people over for our son’s birthday. We’re so grateful for how responsive everyone at Fritch was with our questions, and we’ve always received great & prompt care.
