Great staff, Dr Massel was a great surgeon...
*Warning*stay away from Frisco Spine Dr. David Masel-"doc" was absent when they taught "hippocratic oath" at med school - SEVEN hours of waiting and refused to see me "too complex" of a situation - and he's a brain surgeon, ya right! totally sickening!
Fabulous staff and doctors. Communication between different doctors and the patient is clear!
The office service is horrible. Dr. Masel doesn't show for appointments. Never follows up on patients' Ct Scans, etc. leaving them in the dark. My husband had brain surgery and a follow up appointment after a Ct Scan which the doctor did not show. After leaving the disk 2 MONTHS AGO and after numerous calls to his office. NO ONE HAD EVER RETURNED HIS CALL. Dr. Masel might be a good surgeon but once you are out of the hospital it's an entirely different story. Signed: Upset and Concerned Wife
