Dr. Carnow is a fantastic orthodontist, he takes the time to ensure every patient is happy with their smile (and their teeth). I highly recommend him. His staff is fantastic too.
I really thought I found a new dental home but I guess I will be finding a new one. I tried to call and schedule an appointment for a deep cleaning today. Instead of them telling me they wouldn't like for me to be a patient anymore, I just got the run around about the only treatments that would be done. Also, the strict office policy about the refund was brought up because I cancelled in 24 hours and not 48 hours. I took it as a lost and tried to move forward. RecommendedDr. Carnow seriously saved my marriage!!! I’ve had to deal with my husbands snoring for 20+ years. Dr. Carnow recommended a sleep study and once the results came back he made a sleep appliance for him. This appliance completely eliminated his snoring. We are now able to sleep peacefully throughout the night. Thank you so much, Dr. Zach.
