The staff here is SOOOOO AMAZING. My 3 year old came in scared and left feeling like she wants to come back. They made her feel so relaxed. I’m really impressed.
An overall great experience. The staff was so friendly, something you don’t see much of these days. Dr Lide was exceptional! Her diagnosis and recommendations were sound. She provided us with options to consider (braces) for the wellbeing of our 9 y/o. It was clear which route we’re gonna go, family (kids) come first!!! Thanks Doc, and thank you to your staff! :-)
The experience was good All were nice but when it comes for follow up i will give 0 star because they never reached out Very not professional I feel like if you do not pay what she asks for then they will not like you as a patient If u disagree with something that she says she will no longer wants you as a customer I think that we for our kids and money are allowed to make decisions ourselves. There are so may dentists our there and i never trust one dr Be careful if you disagree with something she says
Dr Lide and her entire team are just amazing. The minute you walk into the office, not only are you greeted by a warm and friendly staff, there are fun arcade and other games to keep your kiddos of all ages entertained. From the giant props of toothpaste and fun goodies the kiddos get to pick after their treatment, every detail from entry to exit has been taken to create a relaxing atmosphere.
