So glad to be home and getting my big boy and Diet Coke!
Servers are telling older people they have to walk all the way up to the front counter to order food because of the ridiculous new business model. Shameful.
Someone who k m.j ows how to cook. western omelet was incorrect. gravy was runny Nd biscuits were hard.
Tami W always takes great care of me...she gives excellent service and I always get fresh appetizing food at Eastgate Frisch's
Live the Eastgate location. Recently tried 2 different locations around Louisville. Both were really sub-par. I always order a Big Boy platter, extra tartar sauce. Both times, the patties were cooked to the point of being shriveled and dry. The buns were so dry that they were falling apart. I hope that’s just poor location management.
It's just lke home for me.
30 minutes to get seated, 20 minutes for drinks and another 40 minutes for food. And then the sausage they served us was raw....twice.
I've been waiting at least 20 minutes in drive thru. It's a Tuesday!
