5.28.17: For a relaxed atmosphere and accurate orders, don't come here. For the price, the food tasted good and the prices were fair. The hostess seated my guest and me and before I could touch my menu, the waitress (old lady, didn't catch her name) walked up and asked for our drink order. I ordered a burger without pickles, tomatoes, or mayo. My burger arrived with pickles, tomatoes, and mayo. I don't know if the waitress simply didn't write it down or the cook didn't want to make my order correctly.
This was the worst meal and service I have had in quite sometime. I will never take my family to eat at this restaurant again.
Port Clinton and Tiffin stores. Love them both. Food consistent, staff friendly and great service. I've been coming in this store for years and always return. Thanks for always being there for a "big boy fix" :)

They need a new cook. Likes to put pre salt your food while cooking it. My dinner came loaded with sea salt. Couldn't even eat it. And breakfast was the same way

we had a visitor from india who was a vegetarian and we chose frischs salad bar so he could find good soup and good salads and fruit he liked it too
