Used to love this restaurant. Food was fresh and delicious. I guess they've changed hands because now they use grey frozen patties. My food was lukewarm at best and fries were soggy. Pop was flat. $11. Truly a disappointment.
Very friendly service, food is good. Love bringing my toddler here, he's likes the Big Boy statue, but is wary of him like a mall Easter Bunny.
Food was frozen not fresh. Server was great really the only worth saying anything about.
So about a month ago I ordered a super big boy meal and got home to find the sandwich was covered in slop cold and on top of that the hamburger patties were raw which I didn’t notice until eating 1/2 of it. I called immediately and The female night shift manager said she would write my name in the book to replace it. Today when I went to get my replacement meal my name was never listed in the book.
