Worst Auction House I have ever dealt with. Communication was terrible. Said they would call and never did. Emailed them and no reply. Charged 80$ for gun transfer when I sent them my FFL as I am a dealer. I know what paperwork is involved as I sell and auction guns weekly. 5 minutes to fill out a disposition of firearms. Great hourly rate!! I have bought thousands of guns and this has never happened from dealer to dealer. Highway robbery. Stay clear of them as you will get charged way more than just the buyers premium.
Horrible experience with dishonest owners.
Just purchased 11 items and received them yesterday. 6 out of the 11 were chipped or broken. I notified the auction company letting them know it was not in the shipping but was broken prior to auction and attached photos. I wanted to know what could be done. They wrote me back today saying in the terms sold AS IS and cannot refund anything to me.
