10/21/21 Drain to septic was plugged. Coming into the house he took chunks of wood out of door threshold. Then split baseboard about to about 6 inhes. Broke the ceramic tile around toilet hole. No protection with heavy equipment on my new wood floor! This 1st guy did not appear to know how to run the auger machine. Was putting it into reverse, was easy for me to see correct position. Showed him, then he could not get past the first elbow, sprayed sewer crap all over bathroom. Twisted the auger cable all up. Then in reverse ... read more
