Not impressed. As I first time client I made an apt for a Thursday evening as I had an event the following Friday night. With my work schedule Thursday night is my only availability before this event. The salon called and left a message the day of my apt that the stylist was out "sick" and I had to reschedule. How is there not another stylist on call or available? I will not be rescheduling my apt, I have requested a refund for my living social deal and I do not recommend this salon.
I saw Gabe for balayage and was very impressed with his work! He is amazing and knows exactly what he is doing and gives you the most honest advice and truly cares for the health of your hair. I will definitely continue to see him for my color! I also saw Ashley for a cut, and boy was I pleasantly surprised! She knew exactly what I was asking for and gave me the best cut I have had in YEARS! Seriously, my hair feels perfect right now.
