Absolutely love this salon! Alexis always does such a fantastic job with my curly hair and gives me excellent advice on what I should do with my hair, especially convincing me to balayage my hair! I always feel so good about myself after my appointment and Alexis is such a sweet and kind stylist!
This place looks beautiful but their customer service needs help. I called yesterday left my name and number they said they would have someone call me back about hair extensions that same day. Ok, so they may have gotten busy or whatever. I call again today and the girl who answered the phone said hang on a second and then eventually hung up on my. Ok, maybe the line got disconnected. Sadly, I can’t tell you if the stylists are talented or if the receptionist is courteous or if managment is capable because no one ever acknowleged me. I had an appointment with Sonnie Knox at 1:30pm, which was set up weeks in advance, and I arrived 15 minutes early. After sitting in their reception area for 30 minutes (15 minutes beyond my confirmed appointment time), I finally gave up and left. Why? Avery did the BEST job on my hair color and matching and installing my new extensions! My hair has never looked better! She was so sweet and kind and professional! I would recommend her to anyone. Fringe is a beautiful salon and Avery is a great stylist!!
Avery is the best stylist I’ve ever had. She constantly makes sure I’m in when my appointments are needed! I have gotten so many compliments about my hair. Whether it’s my extensions or natural hair. She is a true professional and exceeds at everything she does. I have many many comments about how my extensions don’t even look like they’re in and it looks just like my natural hair. I will forever love going to fringe. They all are so friendly and truly make it a great experience when I’m there !
