I am editing my review. I originally rated this salon at a 1 for the horrible color job that I had. On top of that the stylist was rude. I realized that it wasn't the salon but the stylist that was bad. Sooo...I went back today and had Gretchen fix the color. I don't know how she did it but she made my hair look absolutely AMAZING. She fit me into her busy schedule and was just so nice. Thank you Fringe, and Gretchen, for turning a bad experience into a really good one and for doing all you could to satisfy your client.
