Had the best experience with Friess! I called this morning and they arrived the SAME DAY; the day before the 4th of July weekend. I was shocked because I thought I'd have to wait days. Their prices were better than the other company I called; and Trevor worked fast to assess and fix the problem. Replaced a part that had died and he thoroughly cleaned out the compressor outside. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks, Trevor!
We called to have Kevin look at our furnace, he was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem quickly, also he was so kind to my two toddlers asking him loads of questions.
Excellent service. Was having issues with our heat pump during this extreme cold weather. Called the office, they arrived first thing the next morning, diagnosed the problem and replaced the necessary part, all for under $200. Service tech was very polite and knowledgeable. He was in and out in about 30 minutes.
Quality service and were to to the house within the hour.
