Extremely rude. They almost ripped the power line and cable line from my house. I asked for permit information for transportation and they did not want to provide me any information and told me they do not have to. My new Freisen Home……do I love it? Yes! Yes! Yes! This home has exceed my expectations in so many ways. First, Seth Downey(sales) was so great to work with when making decisions regarding exactly how I would like my new home. He was patient and we worked together to create the home that I really love. Friesen Homes made the entire process of shopping, purchasing and installing ADU as Turn Key as possible. During each phase of the build they were informative, responsive to adjustments and always available to answer questions. Very professional team. I very much appreciate the fee schedule as it was incredibly fair and insightful to my financial needs. The ADU is of good quality and the work was exceptional.
