Friesen Homes deserves a 10 star review. They were AWESOME to work with and I am 100% happy with everything they did on my behalf. They were professional, hard-working, reliable, kind, responsive to every question. I would recommend them to EVERYONE. Nick Downey was THE BEST! EVERY WEEK ...he provided a detailed report on what they would do for the upcoming week. My tenants said all of the team of workers were kind, responsible, hard-working and meticulous. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT FRIESEN HOMES!
Extremely rude. They almost ripped the power line and cable line from my house. I asked for permit information for transportation and they did not want to provide me any information and told me they do not have to. I would not do business with a company that treats the local residence like this and lack transparency. If I could give them no stars, I would. Response to owner: I said "almost ripped off." My new Freisen Home……do I love it? Yes! Yes! Yes! This home has exceed my expectations in so many ways. First, Seth Downey(sales) was so great to work with when making decisions regarding exactly how I would like my new home. He was patient and we worked together to create the home that I really love.
