Meet the Business Owner Amber S. Business Owner Dr. Shamburger has been in private practice in Friendswood since 2008. She opened Friendswood Women in 2010. She received her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University in Genetics. She then went on to UT Houston for medical school and finished her OB/Gyn residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Houston in 2008.

The entire staff is friendly. I've been going here for years now and just had a great experience during and after my first pregnancy. Clean, nice facility that is well maintained.

I was very pleased with my experience at Friendswood Women. As soon as you walk in the office, you are greeted by smiles and friendly employees. I was taken back for my appointment with virtually no wait time, which is pretty impressive for any doctor's office. I saw Jamie Garza, the nurse practitioner. She was very professional, friendly, and she made the entire experience comfortable. The whole office is awesome! Highly recommend for all your OB/GYN needs.
This is my 1st pregnancy and so far I love the staff! Everyone is so nice Dr. Shamburger, Roberts and Jamie have answered every question I have thrown at them even if its in the middle of the night. Dr Roberts is my favorite though she is super sweet and seems to really care about her patients. I've had a few hospital stays and she will come see me that night and call me the next morning to check on me. I will definitely come here with my next one as well!
She is my GYN and I love the office and staff. Never had problem here and I always feel welcome. Thanks for being great!
